Terms and Conditions :
1.Attendance Requirements:
- Full attendance is mandatory for all theoretical sessions, practical training, and assessments. Classes will commence promptly at the scheduled time, and it is the responsibility of the learner to attend. Trainers are not required to make up for any missed content.
- Failure to attend any part of the course does not guarantee that the learner can retake or reschedule missed sessions. In the event of a course cancellation by the academy, learners will be offered alternative dates, subject to availability.
2.Dress Code and Grooming :
- Learners must wear appropriate uniforms or scrubs during the course. Long sleeves are not permitted, and hair must be tied back neatly. Nails must be kept short, and no jewelry is allowed. Only closed-toe casual shoes are acceptable—no high heels, sandals, or flip-flops. Not adhering to the dress code may prevent the learner from participating in practical sessions.
3. Age and Eligibility Criteria :
- Learners must be at least 18 years old to join the course.
- Learners must have a medical background or at least a Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent to attend the course.
- It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they are qualified to practice aesthetic injectable treatments under their local laws and regulations before booking.
- The academy is not responsible for any changes in aesthetic injection-related laws or any decisions made by the government or relevant organizations in the future.
4. Classroom Conduct
- Disruptive behavior that negatively affects the learning environment will result in the learner being asked to leave. This decision is at the discretion of the trainer, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Lateness and Attendance Policy
- Learners who arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notification may be refused entry to the session. In such cases, an administrative fee may be charged if rescheduling is required, and any new dates will depend on availability.
6. Learner Cancellations and Changes**
- A £250 administrative fee will apply for any changes to course bookings, and new dates will depend on the academy's availability.
- Comprehensive Aesthetic Injectable Course (Basic and Advanced Anti-Wrinkle and Dermal Fillers Injections) Cancellation Policy:
- A £450 deposit for a short course & 1000£ for a comprehensive course package is non-refundable. For those who have paid the total course fee in advance, if they cancel within two weeks: prior to the course start date, the £450 (or 1000£ for the comprehensive package) deposit will be deducted from the total payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If the learner cancels one week before the course start date, the full course fee is non-refundable. However, the learner will have the option to defer their course date to a future session, subject to availability.
7. Academy Cancellations:
- Should the academy cancel a course, learners will be offered alternative dates. The academy is not responsible for any costs related to transportation, accommodation, or other arrangements made by learners in the event of a cancellation.
8. Insurance and Responsibility:
- Learners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage before practicing any treatments. The academy holds no responsibility for any adverse effects or complications that may arise after the course, during treatments conducted by trainees outside the academy.
- The academy is not responsible for any legal or regulatory changes affecting aesthetic injections after the completion of the course. It is the responsibility of the learner to stay updated on these regulations.
- Trainees must ensure they remain covered by their insurance provider and adhere to the latest terms and conditions regarding aesthetic injectable practices.
9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials:
- All course content, including materials, manuals, and digital resources, are protected by copyright. Learners are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or using these materials to conduct training sessions without explicit written permission from the academy.
- Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
10. Photography and Videography:
- Taking pictures or videos during the procedures is strictly prohibited. If any learner breaches this policy, they will be held fully responsible for the consequences of such actions.
11. Payment Terms:
- Payment for courses must be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
- All payments are final and non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Payment plans may be available, but they cannot be applied to any promotional offers.
12. Promotions and Vouchers:
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
- Vouchers and reward points can only be used for full-priced courses and are non-transferable. Vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date and cannot be used for third-party courses.
- Payment plans are not eligible for promotions, and full payment is required at the time of booking to apply any discount.
13. Changes to Website and Terms:
- The academy reserves the right to update or modify course details, pricing, and these terms and conditions at any time. It is the learner's responsibility to stay informed of any changes by reviewing the academy’s website.
14. Learner Responsibilities:
- By enrolling in the course, learners confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- It is the responsibility of the learner to notify the academy of any changes to their contact details.

It is acknowledged that all services within the Professional Beauty Industry carry some risk due to the inability to maintain social distancing. With that said, it is priority that I take all the precautions necessary in safeguarding you and I to allow for a comfortable and safe experience.

ALL EXISTING HEALTH AND HYGIENE PRACTICES ARE STILL IN EFFECT AND ENFORCED (Appointment only system, PPE and treatment room sanitised after each client). We have since made a number of changes in the way that we operate.

Further safeguarding measures:
Booking Appointments: All appointments booked via our website ,you have booked your appointment, you must fill online Consent form and Covid 19 Liability form prior to your appointment.
Visiting the Clinic: We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time, with no make up on and ALONE! No one else will be permitted in.
On Arrival: Arrive wearing a face mask. Bring with you only essentials, no extra bags. Please wash your hands with soap for 30 seconds, wash room located by the Quad Spa entrance door.
Pre-Screening: Before entering the treatment room I will greet you at the door and check your temperature. You will be given hand sanitiser. Place all your personal essentials in the box provided by DP Aesthetics.
I will no longer greet you with a hand shake or cuddles which I regularly receive from my lovely clients, but...one day!
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Shahin aesthetic academy reserve the right to deny entry if safety is permitted.
If I feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, I will self-isolate immediately this may mean that your appointment will be cancelled at short notice but it is done entirely for your own safety.
If you are experiencing any symptoms (high temperature, dry cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste/smell), have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days, or have travelled outside of the country CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT COME TO THE SALON. If you show signs of being unwell you will be turned away.
A risk assessment has been carried out, please undertake and familiarise yourself with our newly implemented policies and requirements PRIOR to your appointment. We will continue to take advice from the WHO regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary. If you have any concerns please let us know and we will do what we can to satisfy you.
